Displays the selected link on a pop-up balloon when hovering the link.
How to use Popup Info Balloon?
1. Put Popup_InfoBalloon web block from RichWidgets next to the link that navigates to the target screen;
2. Use as input parameter for the widget the link id to open in the pop-up.
Used for read-only information. If WidthPx and HeightPx are not specified the popup will auto-resize to contents. Not supported in mobile devices.
